We will exchange drums within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are given.
We will repair drums at no charge for 1 year from purchase. Customer is responsible to return to Out of the Drawer Percussion.
After 1 year, we can still repair and refurbish, but there will be a material repair charge and shipping charge if necessary.
Shipping lead times are based on location, stock, and custom orders.
For national shipping we use UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and Spee-Dee Delivery in the Midwest.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders will require pre-quote on shipping costs.
